TEXTILE PROTECTIVE TECHNICAL CLOTHING

Protective technical clothing, designed for use in high-risk environments such as those with fire or sharp objects, is crucial for safeguarding workers from potential workplace hazards. The meticulous production of fireproof, cut-resistant, and protective fabrics prioritizes quality and safety. Initially, a careful selection of fibers is undertaken to ensure their suitability for technical clothing, followed by weaving them together to create a durable and resistant fabric.

Post-weaving, fabrics undergo a series of stringent tests to ascertain their resistance to fire and cutting, adhering to established standards to guarantee worker safety. Successful passage of these tests permits the use of these fabrics in the creation of fire and cut-resistant protective clothing.

Industries spanning construction, refineries, wind energy, oil and gas production, and chemical manufacturing rely on fire and cut-resistant technical clothing. The imperative need for high-quality protective clothing in these sectors underscores its pivotal role in ensuring the safety of workers, especially in environments prone to hazards, such as those prevalent in the petroleum, chemical, and energy industries.

COTTON FIBRES

Fabrics are obtained from long stable fiber yarns in medium high counts to guarantee technical properties such as strength, elongation and adhesion in combination with polymer-base mixes. Fabrics are available in different weights, widths and constructions.

HIGH-TENACITY POLYESTER FABRICS

Their main application purpose is the conveyor industry. These fabrics can be as wide as 3,20 meters and are woven on rapier looms. They are equipped with carbon inlets, which prevent static electricity built up by friction against metal surfaces.

META-ARAMID FIBERS

Multi-filament and discontinuous aramid fiber fabrics. Flame-resistant products offering elasticity as well as an excellent dimensional stability. The resistance to flexion of meta-aramydic fabrics is unsurpassed in high temperature processing cycles.

PARA-ARAMID FIBERS

Aramydic multi-filament and discontinuous fiber fabrics. They combine extreme robustness with a very light weight. They prove to have higher resistance than steel when the same load is applied. Available in regular and antistatic version.

MULTI FILAMENT POLYESTER FABRICS

These polyester fabrics are characterized by excellent tenacity and resilience, high abrasion resistance, heat and crease resistance, high elasticity module and very low humidity recovery as well as good resistance to chemical and physical agents.

NYLON FABRICS

Nylon fabrics provide abrasion resistance as well as wear and tear resistance. This fabric is very light and cost effective. It offers good water resistance and can dry quickly. It also provides good wind protection.
